Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A HOME APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in your house will lead to two choices. You can either call for professional appliance repair in an try to save money and continue using your old refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or washing machine or dryer or replace the broken appliance with a brand new one.

Appliances have an expected lifetime. If your current appliance is within the beginning or middle part of that lifetime, we suggest scheduling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is nearing the final part of its expected lifetime, we then recommend to replace it with a new model if you are able to.

These are the estimated lifetimes of all models of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Yes. Our service includes a 12-month warranty on all parts and labor. We use manufacturer appliance parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other common appliance brands so we protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime following our service if problems return with your appliance.

Q. DO YOU FIX THE BROKEN APPLIANCE DURING YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. We can. We load our service vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement parts and all of the tools to perform our appliance repair service. In the event we do need to come back at a later date to complete a repair, there won’t be an extra service fee. We estimate that we complete over 90% of our appliance repair appointments on the initial visit.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour window for the repairman to be at your residence. We know how important your time is so do our best to arrive during the early part of our scheduled timeframe. But, if a previous repair or appointment lasts longer than expected, this allows our technician time to be able to arrive on time within the service window. Our repairmen always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
